We have lived at Cockerham Estate for the past 12 years. It is nestled in 15 acres of rolling Devon hills. We are devoted to and passionate about this beautiful area of Devon. We love the outstanding countryside with its wonderful opportunities for riding, walking and touring. As we live at Cockerham Estate, we will be on hand should you need anything or to answer any questions you may have about the local area to ensure you have a memorable and enjoyable stay with us.

Cockerham Estate is also home to a number of alpacas, horses, chickens, guinea fowl, a peacock, cats and dogs and a splendid array of birdlife. Many of the animals have been given to us to nurse back to health or rescued, such as our flock of ex-battery hens that now enjoy the freedom of the gardens. You are more than welcome to watch the animals being fed, help collect the eggs and in June watch the alpacas being shorn.

As animal lovers, we are happy to accommodate your own dogs and horses should you wish to bring them with you. Please discuss your requirements with us.
