The small market town of South Molton, only a mile away, offers an interesting choice of independent shops and will meet your essential shopping needs. Barnstaple is a 10 minute drive and has a greater choice of amenities including a theatre, cinema and its famous Pannier Market.

How to find us:

• Leave the M5 at Junction 27 towards Barnstaple (A361)
• Continue on the A361.
• After the turning for North Molton, take the next right signed Hacche Lane.
• Follow the lane and Cockerham Estate is the first turning on the left.
